Create Axle Configuration

Creates a new Axle Configuration.

vehicle_id integer required
Possible values: >= 1
axle_config_template_id integer required
Possible values: >= 1
with_installed_tires boolean
If true, then the Axle Configuration will have a generic tire installed at each Tire Position
axles_count integer
Only relevant for 'Multi-Axle' Trailer Axle Configurations where the number of Axles is not known.
